个人简介

20096月本科毕业于1066vip威尼斯官网生物技术专业,获理学学士学位。20156月博士毕业于1066vip威尼斯官网药学院化学生物技术与工程专业,获工学博士学位。20157月开始从事1066vip威尼斯官网药学博士后研究,现任生物反应器工程国家重点实验室PI。迄今已在Nature Biotechnology (2019, Cover story; 2021), Nature MethodsNature Chemical BiologyCell ResearchNature CommunicationsNucleic Acids Research等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文多篇,编写英文著作Curr Protoc Chem Biol 1个章节。已申请多项中国发明专利(授权2项)和国际PCT专利(分别授权2项美国、日本和欧洲发明专利)。主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金、上海市自然科学基金在内的多项国家与省部级基金项目,先后入选国家高层次特殊支持计划、中国科协青年人才托举工程项目、上海市青年科技启明星,获得上海市生物化学与分子生物学学会第二届青年新锐奖

研究生招生

团队(杨弋教授领衔的光遗传学与合成生物学交叉学科研究中心)研究对象涉及基因、蛋白质、细菌、哺乳动物细胞、线虫、斑马鱼、果蝇和小鼠,研究领域涉及细胞生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、合成生物学、光遗传学、化学遗传学、化学生物学等。本团队热忱欢迎有志于从事光遗传学、合成生物学、化学生物学研究的同学加盟本团队。
