周英,博士,教授,博士生导师。2008年毕业于1066vip威尼斯官网,获生物化工博士学位。兼任上海市食品学会副秘书长。2018年-2019年赴荷兰瓦赫宁根大学微生物研究所进行访学。主要研究方向聚焦于合成生物学及活菌生物药,代表性成果发表在Cell Host & Microbe (IF=30.3), PNAS, Biosensors and Bioelectronic , Analytical Chemistry, ACS Synthetic Biology, Applied & Environmental Microbiology等期刊上。主持并参与多项国家自然科学基金(重点、面上、青年)、国家重点研发计划(课题、子课题)、上海市科委重点项目、中央高校基本科研业务费探索基金及企业横向等。
研究方向:
1. 合成生物学及活菌生物药
构建工程化益生菌用于疾病的在体精准诊疗。以益生菌为底盘细胞,设计构建胞内传感、记录、调控等不同代谢功能模块,赋予工程化益生菌智能感应及原位诊疗功能,实现全细胞对肠道疾病及代谢性疾病的及时诊断和治疗的目标。
2. 食源性致病菌的致病机制解析
从翻译后修饰角度解析沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌等肠道致病菌在侵染宿主、增殖过程中的调控机制。通过研究宿主环境中小分子信号物质激活调控蛋白,引起关键位点的酰基化修饰而导致侵染能力变化,期望达到控制、预防食源性致病菌对宿主的侵害,维护肠道健康的目标。
